Air Force PT

Air Force PT Test:

 

- 1.5 mile run

- Push-up max effort 1 minute

- Sit-up max effort 1 minute

- Adnominal measurement

Administered:            

      PT test are conducted every year depending on score.

             - 90% and above (Excellent) test are conducted once a year

             - 89% - 75% (Satisfactory) test are conducted twice per year

             - 74% and Below (Unsatisfactory/PT failure) Retest in 90 days

Scoring:

​

Scores are based on age and gender.  Composite scores are based on maximum component scores.  Aerobic (run) is 60 points, 20 pts for body composition, 10 pts for push-ups, and 10 pts for situ-ups.
